Before/After Care Program

AfterCare Program

Registration for the district's AfterCare Program is currently open for the 2024-25 school year. The program is open to all students enrolled at Faber Elementary School. AfterCare will be held daily until 6:00 pm.

How to Register

2024-2025 Program Fees

  • 5 Days: $235/month
  • 4 Days: $215/month
  • 3 Days: $205/month
  • Emergency After Care: $30/day per child

2024-2025 Discount Programs

  • Bundle Discount
    • Students who participate in the AfterCare 5 days a week and BeforeCare program will receive a $100 per child monthly discount.
  • Multi-Child Discount
    • Families who are enrolled in the 5 days per week AfterCare program or BeforeCare will receive the following family discount off their total bill. *One time use, not to be multiplied by programs*
      • 2 Children: $25 per month off total bill
      • 3 or more Children: $50 per month off total bill
  • Meal Program Discount
    • Students who have applied and are approved in the Free and Reduced Meals Program will receive a 50% off total bill monthly.
    • *Letter of approval must be emailed to Miss Scolaro to receive this discount at FaberAfterCare@dunellenschools.org

Payments

  • Monthly, due on 1st of the month
    • $25 per child late fee if not paid by 15th of the month
  • Families with outstanding bills may not register until balance is paid in full

Dates & Times

  • AfterCare will start on the first day of school
  • AfterCare will end on the last day of school
  • We will have AfterCare on half days and lunch will be served for those in the program
  • AfterCare will run from 3:00pm to 6:00pm
  • Late pickup fee
    • up to 30 minutes late: $20 per family
    • more than 30 minutes late: $40 per family
    • removal from participation after 3 late pickups or 1 late pickup of more than 1 hour

BeforeCare Program

Registration for the district's BeforeCare program is currently open for the 2024-25 school year. BeforeCare services begin on the first day of school for Faber Elementary School students. Children can be dropped off at the BeforeCare Door B as early as 7:00 AM and will be supervised until the regularly scheduled student arrival. Students must arrive before 7:45 AM. If a child comes after 7:45 AM they will have to wait to enter the school. The monthly program fees will also provide a complete breakfast from our cafeteria for BeforeCare participants at no additional cost.

Students who are not fully potty trained must send in a spare change of clothes, wipes, and diapers/pull ups.
