Faber students experienced the origins, history, and classic rhythms of samba and salsa,and engage in ensemble excercises to explore Hispanic community- based traditions. They connected to the music and culture of the Caribbean and South America and gained a better understanding and appreciation for the depth and variety of Latin percussion in music.
