Thank you to the Madrigals and Ms. Piano for singing at the Veterans Day ceremony on Monday. It was great to see the students give back to the community and honor those that have served in the US Armed Forces.

Class of 2025 - FAFSA reminder
Please use the link for more information on completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) which should be available to students starting December 1st. It is now a Graduation requirement for all NJ high school students to complete the FAFSA during their 12th grade year.

School Breakfast & Lunch program: A reminder about our ongoing Breakfast program available in the DHS Cafeteria each morning. The breakfast program is a great way to ensure students start the day with a nutritious meal. Students enrolled in the 2024-2025 free/reduced lunch program continue to receive breakfast at no cost. If you have any questions, please email Bonnie Allen (Allenb@dunellenschools.org) for more information.

Important Reminders
The DHS Homework Help Center runs from 2:45 - 3:45 pm every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the DHS Tech Center. Students can come to get extra help from teachers with their school work or just sit and have a quiet place to get things done. We encourage students to attend so that they have fewer or no assignments to do when they get home.

The 2025 Exodus Yearbook is on sale. To purchase a yearbook, use the following link: https://www.jostens.com/apps/store/customer/1057616/Dunellen-High-School/

Academic Corner
With the colder weather here, our Physical Education classes will stay indoors and have plenty of activities planned. Currently, students are participating in Volleyball, Table Tennis (Ping Pong), or Weight lifting.  Great ways to get exercise and a little bit of competition. Thank you to our PE teachers, Ms. DelRosario, Mr. Hummel, Mr. Lindsay, Mr. Arango, and Ms. Perdomo for all they do for our students' health and well-being.
