Congratulations to the cast and crew of the fall play, Hamlet. Although performing Shakespeare can be challenging, everyone did a fantastic job, putting on an amazing show, especially the leads of the show: Bryan Villacres, Samuel Souffrant, Jazaria Jones-Sealey, Kayden Perdomo, and Amaya Noel. Thank you to Mrs. Clemens for all of her hours of hard work and dedication!
Congratulations to the Football, Cheerleading, Cross Country, Boys and Girls Soccer, and Girls Tennis teams as they were recognized for their efforts at the Fall Sports Awards. It was a great night to acknowledge the success of all of our teams and the hard work they showed this season. Thank you once again to Mr. DeNapoli for hosting the event and Mrs. Buchholz for the video presentation of season highlights.
Congratulations to all of the students that were recognized for their success at our quarterly Renaissance assemblies. Students can earn Renaissance cards through their academic success, being on time to school, participating in a club/sport/activity, having no failing grades, and no disciplinary referrals. 110 students received Renaissance cards, Homework passes, and gift cards to local businesses!!
Thank you to Dr. Best for organizing a field trip to the annual Malcolm Bernard HBCU College Fair. 8 of the 12 Seniors that attended the college fair received multiple university acceptances and tens of thousands of dollars in scholarship award offers if they choose to go there! Great opportunities for so many students.
