Thank you to all of the families that attended this week's College Financial Aid Night and to our counselors, Dr. Best and Ms. Herrera for organizing the event. Representatives provided families with a lot of information about filling out the FAFSA and opportunities available that help offset the cost of attending college or trade school. This was also the first year we were able to provide presentations in English and Spanish for families.
For a copy of the presentation, visit the DHS Counseling webpage and click on the Financial Aid Night Presentation.

Good luck to the Girls and Boys Soccer teams as they will have their opening round matches of the GMC Invitational Tournament. Both teams will play on Wednesday, October 21st at Columbia Park. The Girls play at 4 pm, while the Boys team plays at 6 pm.

Good luck to the members of the Girls Tennis team as they participate in the GMC Tournament on Tuesday, October 20th at Veterans Park in Hamilton. It’s a great day of tennis and a terrific opportunity for the team to experience the best tennis players in Middlesex County.

Good luck to the DHS Cheerleading squad as they will be appearing at the New Jersey Devils Hockey game on Tuesday, October 20th. They will get a chance to perform during the first intermission for all those in attendance at the game.

The DHS Homework Help Center is now open and will run after school, from 2:45 - 3:45 pm, and every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the DHS Tech Center. Students can come to get extra help from teachers with their school work or just sit and have a quiet place to get things done. We encourage students to attend so that they have fewer or no assignments to do when they get home.
